October 4, 2022I had three plumbing issues in quick succession. One minor (kitchen drain replacement), one urgent (shower valve wouldn't shut off), and one major (kitchen sink drain line clogged). The first issue was that of the kitchen sink drain line. The line was so clogged that water backed up affecting my dishwasher and sink. This happened on Friday after 11:00pm and Matt came out the next morning, Saturday! He assessed, quoted and returned on Monday for the repair. This was especially important, because I live in a condo and I didn't want my neighbor's unit to be adversely affected. Then a few days later, my shower would not shut off. I had to turn all of the water, to the condo, off. Matt wrapped up a job in Canton and drove all the way out to Waleska and fixed it immediately, so that I could restore the water. This work was done after hours. Also, I had a minor leak of my kitchen drain p-trap that two others had attempted to fix, yet it still leaked. Matt remedied that as well and...so far...so good! Matt has done work in our Lake Arrowhead community and therefore, came highly recommended. Now I can see why! Matt, thanks for everything!!!
